Please do not return any items before contacting Bucky.

We will work with you on any item that has been purchased within the last 30 days.  If an item is to be returned, shipping charges may apply.


Bucky's Return Policy on Bed Pillows for Retail Customers


You may return any Bed Pillow that is unopened and in original packaging for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping is non-refundable. By law these items are treated as lingerie or intimate garments; therefore, all returned bed pillows that are opened and not in original packaging can not be refunded and will be destroyed. If a Bed Pillow is to be returned shipping charges are customers responsibility. Please contact us at to obtain RMA number before returning.
