When your pillow and millet hulls arrive just unzip the outer cover and inner liner on the pillow and remove the buckwheat hulls from their side of the dual chamber and replace them with the millet hulls, adding the hulls to your desired comfort level.

Can I microwave my Travel Duo Bed Pillow?
