Maintaining a healthy diet while traveling may take an extra effort from your end, but when you’re back home without any holiday weight, you will thank yourself! It’s all about decisions- from picking a grilled chicken with veggies over mac and cheese to snacking on fruits and nuts rather than packaged food.
