Instructions for Use:

For Hot Use: Place on a clean ceramic or glass plate and microwave for 20 seconds. Test temperature by hand before using. If not warm enough, microwave in 10 second increments.

WARNING! Risk of fire. Do not heat on stove or in conventional oven. Do not continuously microwave for more than two minutes. For adult use only.

For Cold Use: Seal in Plastic bag and place in freezer for 2 or more hours. Can be stored in freezer.
