5 Ways to Relax Over the Holidays
The holidays can be an extremely stressful time. There’s traveling, cooking, gift buying, hosting family and a million other little things to do. Don’t let the stress of the holidays get you down. Here’s five ways to relax and unwind during the holiday madness.
Take a walk - step out for a moment, leave the hustle and bustle of the holidays behind. Take a 15-minute walk (or longer if you’ve got the time) and take in the fresh air. Enjoy the magic of the holidays from afar and clear your head. You will feel refreshed and ready to take on whatever comes your way!
Enjoy some alone time - give yourself a little time to unwind, relax and rejuvenate. Spend that time doing something soothing like taking a bath, reading a book, using hot/cold therapy items or meditating.
Do yoga - bring your stress levels down and help your body unwind by doing some simple yoga. Lightweight yoga towels make it so you can do yoga even when you’re away from home!
Take a nap - allow your body to reset by taking a power nap. Use a sleep mask to block out the light, ensuring a good nape wherever you find yourself.

Stay off your phone and just enjoy the minutes while the water boils and the tea steeps. Allow yourself to sit and drink the whole cup before heading back to your holiday tasks.
