All Orders are shipped from Seattle, WA. USA to anywhere in the USA (including Military (APO/FPO) addresses and the U.S. Territories) and to CANADA.
Processing Time: Orders received between Monday and Friday before 11:00 a.m. PST are generally processed and shipped in two business days. However, we do incur delays from time-to-time. During holidays order processing will take longer. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Please allow 7-10 business days from the shipment date for receipt of your order via Federal Express Ground and 10-20 business days for orders shipped via USPS.
All orders sent to APO/FPO, PO Box address and to Alaska & Hawaii are sent via USPS Standard shipping. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.
Shipping methods and estimated shipping cost is calculated during the checkout process.

Bucky is not held responsible and will not reimburse for carrier delays of any kind, customer shipping information entry errors, failed delivery attempts or any carrier delivery exceptions, lost or stolen packages.
Backordered items cannot be shipped at the time an order is placed, but will ship at a later date. When a backordered item is selected, we will provide you with an approximate shipping date. Please be aware that backorder dates are approximate and subject to change. If you have selected an item that is on backorder, you have the option to order it, or select an alternate color if available. If using a Credit Card, you will be charged for your backordered merchandise at time of shipment. All backordered items ship via Standard Delivery.
For products shipped outside USA, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Bucky.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
